My Holy Grail Foundation(s)

Ok so yes I have more than one Holy Grail foundation but I honestly think everyone should. Everyone should have at least a day foundation and a night foundation at the very least. Me? I have three Holy Grail foundations, all for different reasons though. Let me explain.

So I have briefly talked about my Renewed Hope in a Jar Skin Tint on here before and let me just say…I feel the same exact way about it that I felt when I first started using it. This tinted moisturizer has never disappointed especially in these hot months. Not once has it slid off of my face or gotten really oily, unless of course, I didn’t set it with powder.

Even though I despise the pump the Ordinary Serum Foundation comes in…it’s still a pretty amazing foundation. It was most definitely worth the wait and of course the $6 price tag. For $6 you’d expect a foundation to be crap, but it’s better than most foundations in Sephora. I like to wear this foundation at night, usually to happy hour or on a date. This stuff does not move or slide and the coverage is medium, so it’s not too much or too little. Also, who doesn’t love a satin finish?

Last but not least, my Becca Ever-Matte Shine Proof Foundation is my end all be all. I would wear this ALL the time if it wasn’t so thick and had sunscreen in it. The finish is matte and it STAYS matte. There have been times where I didn’t even set it with powder and it still stayed on all night. If you couldn’t tell, I like to wear this foundation at night when I’m going out dancing or a special event. I can always count on this foundation to cover my acne scars and do so for the entirety of the night. I will forever be purchasing this foundation until they either change the formula or discontinue it.

So those are my holy grail foundations. I have no idea if they’re going to change, but I highly doubt they will anytime soon.

What is your holy grail foundation?

Thanks for reading.
